English Cherry Console

Description: It’s been a while since I have been commissioned to make a piece in English cherry. It is a really beautiful timber both to look at and work with. It has a tight grain structure so you get a really nice, crisp finish. It is full of delicate colour changes from pinks to greens. The brief was for this piece to feel more feminine so my design includes lots of soft curves.

Materials: Solid English cherry

Finish: Hard wax oil.
